Izzy Farrah lives to perform. Highlights include Marmee in Little Women (BCMA), KD Lang in We Will Rock You (Lyric), Elphaba in Broadway to Ballarat (The BallaRat Pack), Lucy in 13 (BCMA), Tamatoa in Moana Jr (BCMA) and Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray Jr (BCC). Izzy studies Musical Theatre at BCMA and will complete her VET Music Inductry Cert 3 in 2022. Izzy is also a singer, songwriter, solo recording artist with Sonika Records (2020) and Lead singer of BCC Senior Band " Feet", playing guitar, drums, piano and singing in multiple groups, including ongoing live performances and competitions.
Izzy is a ‘yes’ person who willingly puts her hand up for any event, activity or opportunity going. She has tremendous enthusiasm which is extremely contagious both onstage and behild the scenes doing make up, hair, assistant directing, tech and sets. In 2022 Izzy will be assisting with Hair and Makeup for Lyric Theatres Priscilla and backstage/costumes for Broadway to Ballarat as well as assistant teaching at BCMA in 2022. Izzy hopes to have a lifelong career in the performing arts.

Experiences
Izzy has been singing and playing instruments since she could make a noise. She started writing her own songs at the age of 8 in 2016, put together her own band, as lead singer, playing guitar and piano since 2017 and has played various instruments, solo and in orchestras, ensembles, and bands since 2014 including voice, cello, trumpet, guitar, piano, drums and percussion instruments and anything else she can get her hands on. She just loves creating and performing music.
Izzy plays regular local gigs for BCMA Acoustic and Cabaret, immersing herself in music creation, live performance and production in a professional setting and as a singer/songwriter with Sonika Records in 2020. She also love to get involved behind the scenes with event planning, gig set up, promotions, production, backstage work, make-up and hair.
